Whether you are farming, working with sellers or showing properties to a buyer, you must understand the statistics and data for that area. How many homes have sold, what is the list versus sold price ratio, what are the average days on market, what is the median price per square foot, or what are the market trends in the MLS area? In this one-hour course, we will show you how to run statistics from Matrix^™ and Stewart Title of Austin, LLC, to educate your buyers and sellers and teach you to identify the trends of the market.
