Course Description
Explore the depths of analytics & reporting within the MLS! The objective of this course is to teach you how to generate the data you need to enhance your market knowledge, better inform your clients on localized market trends, and improve you marketing data. In this class you will learn how to customize your Hot Sheet and Market Watch, as well as, create Custom Stats, Displays and Exports. We will wrap things up with learning how to run a Market Conditions Addendum report that provides absorption rate, months’ supply of inventory, and median stats.
