Course Description
A useful class for REALTORS® to help you quickly spot red flags on surveys that could potentially keep you out of legal issues post-closing. We will arm you with a few direct questions to ask a surveyor (if it’s not AmeriSurveyors) in order to know if you’re getting someone really good and thorough or one who cuts corners by giving out Google™ Earth surveys and eventually getting all parties sued due to their errors. We also go through our process so people understand how we produce a survey. We also express how realtors should really spend more time with their clients going over the survey. After our class, you will be better prepared to do so.
