This class will teach you how to create a comprehensive comparative market analysis in Matrix. You will learn how to search for and find the best comparable properties, how to pull your comps into the CMA Wizard of Matrix and navigate quickly and efficiently through the system. We will go in depth on how to make adjustments and create a detailed report that will impress your client. Bring your laptop for this hands-on CMA learning experience!
