Course Description
Having a solid business plan is the best way for an agent to figure out how to succeed and grow their business. In order to write an effective plan, you need to develop a solid financial plan to reach your goals, develop a lead generation and nurturing strategy, develop a plan to manage your daily activities, and develop a strategy to leverage your business. This class is designed to move you from “busy” to vital.
